Strategic Quality Initiatives came to life in 2002 when our president, Laura Longmire, took the opportunity to return to her roots in public education after over twenty years of business experience with some of the top performing companies in the world.  Laura saw an opportunity, and a need, to bring the process improvement experience that world class industries had developed over the last twenty years to the world of public education.
